The peeling is composed only of polyhydroxyacids to focus on a fast renewal of the superficial layers of the epidermis and achieve the highest skin moisture. Due to their high molecular weight, the diffusion of PHA is very gradual, limited to the first layers of the epidermis and they can bind high amount of water.
